- The Richmond City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The Public Hearing is for the purpose of discussing Resolution 2023-04, a Resolution establishing the salary of the elected officials of the city as required in Richmond City Municipal Code Part 3-551 'Payment Periods'.
