Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Council shall receive public input, then along with a recommendation from Planning Commission consider a request from Tom Maughan to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from OSC (Open Space Conservation) to HC (Highway Commercial) at property located at approximately 530 East Main St. (Tax Id. #10-015-0001). 2) The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution for an 'Interlocal Agreement between Cache County & Wellsville City for the administration of the 2023 Municipal Elections'.
