The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Tom Maughan to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from OSC (Open Space Conservation) to HC (Highway Commercial) at property located at approximately 530 East Main St. (Tax Id. #10-015-0001). b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jaden Maughan for a Design Review Permit for a business license to operate 'Rock Pile' landscaping business out of the property located at approximately 530 East Main St. Tax Id. #10-015-0001. 7. Daniel Coleman - Discuss sidewalk , curbs & gutter ordinance 11-5-8 8. Other zoning matters
