PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #07-2023, amending Springville City Code, Section 11-6-133 Residential Short-Term Residence to require each sleeping room, and the residence in which it is situated, to comply with minimum standards of life safety; at their regular meeting held on May 02, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #08-2023, amending Springville City Code, Section 11-4-708 Main Street South Gateway Building Height; at their regular meeting held on May 02, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville. A copy of this ordinance is available by contacting the city recorder's office during regular business hours. /s/ Kim Crane, City Recorder PUBLIC NOTICE - Springville City Council hereby gives notice of the adoption of Ordinance #09-2023, amending the Official Zone Map from the Community Commercial (CC) Zone to the Main Street South Gateway Zone (MSSG) for parcels generally located along Main Street from 400 South to 800 South, including provisions permitting the development of Art City Auto Body's new facility on the vacant unaddressed parcels between 587 and 655 South Main Street; at their regular meeting held on May 02, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 110 South Main, Springville.
