Description/Agenda
The City Council of the City of St. George will hold public hearings on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. in the St. George City Council Chambers at 175 E. 200 N. to consider the following: A. Consideration of a petition for a subdivision amendment for Twin Lakes Resort Phase 1, according to the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder's Office as Doc. No. 00444045 by adding Lot 432, located east of the private street behind lots 429-431, and to add Lots 433-437 located southeasterly of Twin Lakes Drive, north of Lots 420-421. Also, to add common area on the south side of the development (which extends the exterior boundary of the subdivision) and to add Twin Lakes Drive to this plat (which amends the location of the roadway as shown on the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the Washington County Recorder's Office as Doc. No. 00265342 to match the improvements as built on the ground). The limited common area around Lots 401-410 is being converted to common area and with the relocation of the sewer line an easement for this relocated line is being vacated. Easements for this newly located line have been granted. Parcels No. 1 & 2 have also been added and are being dedicated and conveyed to the City of St. George with this plat. The location of all other existing roads and lots is unchanged. All of the owners in the subdivision have not signed the revised plat. No other changes were made or were intended. Interested persons may present their views in writing by emailing comments to christina.fernandez@sgcity.org or by mail to 175 E 200 N, St. George, UT 84770 Attn: City Recorder prior to the hearing or attend the hearing.
