Description/Agenda: CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR FAILED BUILDING INSPECTIONS AND SETTING A FINE FOR VIOLATION OF OCCUPANCY STANDARDS * PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Meeting on the 7th Day of June, 2023 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on an ordinance establishing a fee for failed building inspections and setting a fine for violation of occupancy standards. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment will be held in person and by electronic means, via zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81581435918.
