Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF CANDIDACY FOR COTTONWOOD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Improvement District is conducting a Declaration of Candidacy for two elected positions. The positions are Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the Cottonwood Improvement District. The Trustees will be elected from the District for a term of four years. To become a candidate for the elective position, you must file, in person, the Declaration of Candidacy form at the District located at 8620 S. Highland Dr., Sandy, Utah, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, June 1st through June 7th 2023. To qualify for candidacy, you must be a registered voter and reside within the District for the 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election.
