Rod Hammer- Cache County Fire Chief to discuss services and equipment provided by the County to local fire departments 11. Continued consideration for possible approval of a monthly fee to be on the City utility bill for fire dept. capital 12. Scott Okelberry to discuss bike rally 13. Continued consideration of the speed limit on Center Street from Highway 89/91 to 1600 South 14. Discuss for a possible decision on closing the Wellsville Dam Park at night 15. Department reports 16.
