- Regular Council Meeting Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Gary Keddington, Compliance Advisor, Manti City Fraud Risk Policy Assessment. 2. Consideration of Resolution 2023-01, a resolution to settle a fence line dispute with an adjoining property owner at the Manti Ephraim Airport. 3. Jeff Killian, request to discuss extended parking and possible restrictions for large commercial vehicles and trailers along city streets. 4. Continuing Business. a. Steve Pyper request to allow subdivision with no city street frontage. b. Purchase contract for sale of derelict lot. c. Discussion concerning nuisance ordinance and enforcement. d. Columbarium installation. 5. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 6. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 7. Mayor Bigelow. 8. Consideration of approval for minutes of last month's meetings. (May 3rd) 9. City Manager Kent Barton. 10. Closed Session (if needed).
