Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Department is receiving public comment regarding the following: Maple Ridge Ranches Subdivision Plat Amendment Lot 1. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding Maple Ridge Ranches Subdivision Lot 1 Plat Amendment. Proposed amendment adjusts the limits of disturbance for Lot 1 only. See attached plat. Applicant is Matthew Villalobos. Plat can also be viewed at www.oakleycity.com Pursuant to Oakley City Code 13-5-5-E-2, public comment is welcome through May 29, 2023, 4:30 p.m. Public comment can be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com or 435-783-0056. According to Oakley City Code 13-1-20, this public notice has been posted in all appropriate locations.
