Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on a Rezone Application to change the zoning district on three parcels of land (03-111-0044, 03-111-045, and 03-111-046) located south of Forest Street at approximately 2865 West Forest Street from A-5 (Agricultural) to R-R-1 (Rural Residential) on approximately 43.63 acres. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
