The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances:
Ordinance 23-22 - Amending NCC 15.08.050 Cross Connections, 15.08.080 Access For Inspection, 15.08.090 Certified Backflow Technician, 15.08.110 Records, 15.08.120 Violations
RESOLUTION 23-08 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23, AND ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES
Ordinance 23-25 - An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of Nibley City
