- DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draperutah.gov https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html May 15, 2023 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE 300 EAST AT 12300 SOUTH WIDENING PROJECT The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to widen the north and south legs and to modify the west leg raised median at the 300 East & 12300 South intersection as described in the project plans and specifications. Bid documents and specifications will be posted on SCIQUEST on or before Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 2:00pm. 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on SCIQUEST.COM until 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on SCIQUEST within an hour above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being read. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through SCIQUEST before 5:00pm on Monday, June 5, 2023. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
