- PUBLIC NOTICE 23-124 Invitation for Bids/ Proposal The City of St. George is requesting sealed bids for: St. George Marathon Events Timing, St. George, Utah All bid documents must be plainly marked with BID#: 23-124 on the outside of a sealed envelope. Envelopes must be sent to the following location: City of St. George Purchasing Dept. Attn: Mary Wahl - BID #23-124 175 E. 200 N. St. George, UT 84770 Bids must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either at the front desk or via the drive- through window at City Hall. Please note that any late bids for any reason will NOT be accepted. Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, May 23rd, at 2:00 pm local time. Those on the distribution list will receive a link ahead of time to view the bid opening remotely. Addenda will only be provided or sent to those on the distribution list.
