NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on June 6, 2023 at 6:35 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code, sections 10-6-3, 10-7A-3, 10-7B-3, 10-7C-3, 10-8A-3, 10-8B-3, 10-9A-3, 10-10-3, and 10-18a-7, to include verbiage that reads: 'sidewalks, curbs, and gutters are required in all the abovementioned zones, unless exceptions are approved that would be limited to instances in which the City Engineer determines that the construction of the required improvements would be detrimental to public safety or protection of property.' Individuals needing special accommodations must notify the city office at 743-5233 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
