NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m.. 1) Proposed Approval of New Library Board Member – Council Member Brian Jensen 2) Proposed Approval of Hospital Board Member Reappointment, Sara Donaldson 3) Discuss Completion of Road Improvements on Newly Developed Lots and other Zoning Issues- Council Member Steven Buchanan, Zoning Administrator Rod Taylor 4) Discuss Flood Damage Reparations 5) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, August 24, 2011, Open Session 6) Proposed Approval Sanpete County Emergency Actions Needed, Funding from NRCS - Council Member Steve Buchanan 7) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 8) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
