TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday March 1, 2023 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its' Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday March 1, 2023 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: 1. Approve Feb 1, 2023 Planning and Zoning minutes. 2. Discuss and possible vote on elections for chair and vice chair. 3. Discuss and possible vote on Stateline Ranches Subdivision-Jade Marble/Vance Smith. 4. Discuss and possible vote on increasing setbacks along road 25800 N and collector road 8800 W. 5. Information gleaned at Town Council on available number of water meter connections 6. Discussion and possible vote on short term rentals with Laura Nelson and RV resolutions 7. Discussion and possible vote on Ordinance 110. 8. ORDINANCE 107- Apiary, Aviary and Dog/Kennel needs to be sent to Town Council for approval. 9. Minutes: Proper recording keeping per Utah League of Cities and Towns 10.
