INVITATION TO BID until 9 AM, Friday, June 2, 2023. WOODS CROSS CITY-675 WEST 1400 SOUTH CDBG PROJECT Woods Cross City is requesting bids for the 675 West 1400 South CDBG Project. Bids will be received at Woods Cross Public Works Building (2287 S 1200 W, Woods Cross) until 9:00 am, Friday June 2, 2023. The project consists of the installation of 1,165 LF of 8' PVC C-900 pipe and replacement of 6 ADA Ramps. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents will be available on May 12, 2023 and may be obtained at www.jub.com, PLANS, QuestCDN Project #8371547 for a cost of $22 for the download. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Woods Cross City Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer. 'This project is funded (or partially funded) through a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The contractor will be required to comply with all federal labor standards and attendant laws, including the payment of the most current Davis-Bacon wages and compliance with Section 3 to provide employment opportunities for lower income persons. Local, minority and woman owned business owners are encouraged to bid. The lowest responsible bidder will be selected.' 'All contractors working on CDBG funded projects shall be registered with SAM.gov with an active CAGE Code/DUNS and demonstrate no active debarments from performing Federal contracting.'
