- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on April 25, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-04-15 which adopted the creation of Section 03.16 of the American Fork City Code imposing a one percent municipal transient tax on all accommodations and services for the city of American Fork. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 11th day of May 2023.
