- HIGHLAND CITY LEGAL NOTICE Summary of Ordinances of the Highland City Council On May 2, 2023, Highland City Council adopted the following ordinance: Ordinance No. O-2023-09 Adjusting the Common Boundaries Between Highland City and Lehi City. A full and complete copy of the ordinances are available at the office of the Highland City Recorder, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland, Utah, during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Published on the Utah Public Notice Website on May 11, 2023
