- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the following projects: - Preliminary Plan approval: Applicant Tyler Horan on behalf of Hawkmoon Holdings, LLC is seeking preliminary plan approval for a 100-lot attached (townhome style) single- family home subdivision. The subdivision is located at approximately 1130 South (11200 South Utah County coordinate) 1950 West (4800 West Utah County coordinate), Utah County parcel number 29:023:0048. This phase of the development is plat B of the Hiatt Creek Development. The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing.
