Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Park City Council will consider a Concessionaire Agreement between Lucky One's Coffee and Park City Municipal Corporation, including rent below fair market value. This is based on a Study that finds the application is consistent with Section 10-8-2 of the Utah Code. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
