PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION CITY COUNCIL - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Thursday, June 15, 2023, 2:00PM NOTICE OF HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ELECTRONIC MEETING: The City Council of Park City, Utah will hold its regular with an anchor location for public participation at the Marsac Municipal Building, Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060 on Thursday, June 15, 2023. City Councilmembers may participate in person or connect electronically by Zoom or phone. Members of the public may attend in person or participate electronically. Public comments will also be accepted virtually. To comment virtually, use eComment or raise your hand on Zoom. Written comments submitted before or during the meeting will be entered into the public record but will not be read aloud. For more information on attending virtually and to listen live, please go to www.parkcity.org. PUBLIC HEARING 5:30 PM Items Listed Below May Include Discussion and Public Hearing 543 Park Avenue - Appeal of Conditional Use Permit Denial - The Applicant Is Appealing the Conditional Use Permit Denial by the Planning Commission on June 8, 2022, for the Washington School House to Become a Minor Hotel. [The Appeal was Jointly Stayed Pending Review by the Utah Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman.] PL-22-05306 [Appeal], PL-22-04477 [CUP] (A) Public Hearing; (B) Action Notice Posted: May 12, 2023 Notice Published: May 17, 2023 A majority of City Council members may meet socially after the meeting. If so, the location will be announced by the Mayor. City business will not be conducted.
