- To be posted on Thursday May 11, 2023 on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Big Willow Creek Phase 7 & 8 Site Plan and Plat Amendment request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 491 West 11400 South. The purpose of the request is to create 19 single-family residential lots and 33 townhome dwellings. The hearing will be held on May 25, 2023 at 6:30pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, in the Council Chambers. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Draper City Website; Draperutah.gov, and at Draper City Hall.
