Each person seeking to become a candidate for the elective office shall file a 'Declaration of Candidacy' form in person with the Election Clerk or their appointed representative at 160 East 7800 South Midvale, Utah during office hours between Thursday, June 1, 2023 and Wednesday, June 7, 2023 (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Candidate Qualifications are: - Be a U.S. Citizen at time of filing - Be a Registered Voter - Be a Resident within the boundaries of Midvalley Improvement District The election will be held in conformity with all applicable election laws.
