- Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing May 24, 2023 6:00 p.m. The Midvale City Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 6:00p.m. This meeting will be held in person at Midvale City Hall, 7505 Holden Street, Midvale Utah or electronically with an anchor location at Midvale City Hall, 7505 Holden Street, Midvale Utah. The meeting will be broadcast at the following link: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube. Public comments for Public Hearing items may be submitted electronically by emailing planning@midvale.com by 5:00pm on May 23rd to be included in the record. Public Hearing 1. Joshua Chamberlain requests Final Subdivision approval for a two-lot split located at 7433 S 410 E in the Single Family Residential-1/Duplex Overlay (SF-1/DO) zone. 2. Armando Roses requests a Conditional Use Permit for a Flag Lot located at 7390 S 700 E in the SF-1/DO zone. 3. Armando Roses requests a four-lot preliminary subdivision plat for Wayne's Place Plat B Amended located in the area of 7390 S 700 E in the SF-1/DO zone. 4. Midvale City requests amendments to Title 17-7-1.10(B.)(2.)(h.)(i.) and 17-7-1.10(B.)(2.)(h.)(i.) of the Midvale City Municipal Code to change the allowable number of hens in the lot size categories.
