- Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting May 11, 2023 - 7:00 p.m. Plain City Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Plain City Corp-Sexton Top Tier Yard Care-Caretaker Shar Bradford/Grounds Employee Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held April 13, 2023. 2. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 3. Our new employee Shar Bradford has a new Plain City Cemetery phone number that will be used for questions and concerns for the Cemetery. The phone #1-385-260-8798. (An updated sheet will follow with the current information). 3. Review, discuss and approve an addition to the Policy and Procedures regarding when funeral services can be held within the week of Memorial day. 4. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 5. Adjourn.
