APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND ANNUAL REVIEW
Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting - May 10, 2022 and Annual Review of the RDA Bylaws
Tom Macdonald moved to approve all consent items. LaNae Millett seconded the motion. Those voting aye: David Spencer, LaNae Millett, Terry Peterson, Jeff Lambson, Tom Macdonald and Debby Lauret. The vote was unanimous, motion passed.

PUBLIC HEARING - Adoption of RDA FY 2022-2023 Final Budget
The Board of Directors received the RDA Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 The purpose of this hearing is to receive input from the citizens, make any changes, approve, and adopt the budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
Mr. Nelson said there had been no changes to the budget since the tentative budget had been approved. He indicated that the RDA Revenues are decline each year as the CDA funds are ending. Mr. Nelson explained that the RDA is a separate legal entity. Once an agreed upon area is set, then the infrastructure is financed. An agreement is entered into where the property tax of the entity is increased and that money comes into the RDA and is held by the RDA to pay for infrastructure. 90% is returned back to the entity and 5% is retained in the RDA and 5% is held by the city for administrative purposes. Discussions were held about the RDA.
