- APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND ANNUAL REVIEW Minutes of the Annual Review of the MBA By laws Tom Macdonald moved to approve the consent items. Jeff Lambson seconded the motion. Those voting aye: David Spencer, LaNae Millett, Terry Peterson, Jeff Lambson, Tom Macdonald and Debby Lauret. The vote was unanimous, motion passed. ADJOURN TO A CLOSED MEETING Mr Macdonald moved to adjourn to a closed door meeting to be held in Conference Room #107, Orem City Hall, 56 N State Street, Orem, Utah, for a a strategic session to discuss pending or reasonable imminent litigation pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205(l)(a) and to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205(l)(a). Ms Millett seconded the motion. Those voting aye: David Spencer, LaNae Millett, Terry Peterson, Jeff Lambson, Tom Macdonald and Debby Lauret. The vote was unanimous, motion passed. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
