Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-11 Notice is hereby given that on May 4, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-11, amending the Brigham City Code Title 2, Administration, to update appointments and removal of officers by Mayor, add the appointment of Deputy City Recorder, and make changes to the Board of Appeals. The Ordinance shall take effect on May 8, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
