- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND AN AMENDED IMPACT FEE WRITTEN ANALYSIS Park City Municipal Corporation ('Park City'), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Summit County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis of its Water fund and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, as amended 2023, notice is hereby provided to you of the intent of Park City to amend the Water fund Impact Fee Facilities Plan and amend the Park City's Water fund Impact Fee Analysis. The impacted area is situated generally in or near Park City's corporate limits. Interested parties are invited to provide information to be considered in adopting the Impact Fee Facilities Plan or Impact Fee Analysis.
