Description/Agenda

Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct public hearings as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. In the following order: 1) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Tom Maughan to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from OSC (Open Space Conservation) to HC (Highway Commercial) at property located at approximately 530 East Main St. (Tax Id. #10-015-0001). 2) The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Jaden Maughan for a Design Review Permit for a business license to operate 'Rock Pile' landscaping business out of the property located at approximately 530 East Main St. Tax Id. #10-015-0001. 3) The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request for a design review permit, from Justin Call to have his existing home at 49 North 100 West be declared a ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit. Tax Id #10-019-0006.
