NOTICE OF DISCUSSION AND PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 19a MIXED USE ZONING DISTRICT IN THE GRANTSVILLE CITY LAND USE CODE.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section §10-9A-205 and §10-9a-502 of the Utah Code. Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville Planning Commission will hold a discussion and public hearing on May 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall. The meeting will also be broadcast on Zoom. The discussion, public hearing and meeting are to receive public input and consider action on the proposed amendment of Chapter 19a Mixed Use Zoning District in the Grantsville City Land Use Code and make a recommendation to the City Council. You are invited to request a copy of the proposed amendment by emailing Community and Economic Development at lthompson@grantsvilleut.gov. All comments and concerns need to be sent in writing through email or mail and received no later than noon May 18, 2023.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section §10-9A-205 and §10-9a-502 of the Utah Code. Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville Planning Commission will hold a discussion and public hearing on May 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall. The discussion, public hearing and meeting are to receive public input and consider action on the proposed Development Agreement and PUD for the Matthews Development Subdivision PUD, located at approximately 550 East Main Street continuing south to Durfee Street and make a recommendation to the City Council. The discussion, public hearing and meeting are to receive public input and consider action on the proposed Preliminary Plans for Northstar Ranch PUD Phase 9, located at approximately southwest of Northstar Ranch PUD Phase 1A and make a recommendation to the City Council.
