Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Ikea Text Amendment request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to receive public comment on the above listed request for property located at approximately 67 West Ikea Way. The purpose of the request is to modifying DCMC Section 9-18B to change parking standards for retail uses, wall sign standards, and update the concept plan.
The hearing will be held on May 16, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, in the Council Chambers.
