PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption a Resolution adjusting and amending the revenues and expenditures of the Fiscal Year 2023 budget and providing an effective date. For assistance in understanding the above item(s), you may contact Denise Roy at 801-785-5045 or droy@pgcity.org Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to adjust the common boundary between Pleasant Grove City and American Fork City. The proposed area to be adjusted is owned by Bruce C. Black and Monica R. Black or Their Successors as Trustees of the Black Family Trust Dated April 21,2021. Parcel Number: 14-018-0087; located at approximately 1600 W 2000 N Pleasant Grove, Utah and providing an effective date. Public Hearing to consider for adoption a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a Development Agreement with 'The Boulevard Development, LLC' and McKay Christensen regarding a mixed-use development located at approximately 220 South Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Pleasant Grove, Utah and other related matters and providing an effective date. Public Hearing to consider a 27-lot Final subdivision plat, called Blossom Hill Plat A on 10.6 acres, located at approx. 96 South 1050 East in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone (BATTLE CREEK NEIGHBORHOOD) (Blossom Hill LLC Applicant) Public Hearing for the adoption of the Pleasant Grove 2023 General Plan. The Pleasant Grove General Plan provides a comprehensive vision, recommendations and priorities for the future of Pleasant Grove.
