COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Garland City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2023. The Garland Library ADA Accessibility and Stairs Project at 86 West Factory Street, Garland UT 84312. Comments will be solicited on the project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 8 P.M. on May 17, 2023, and will be held at 72 North Main Street, Garland UT 84312. Further information can be obtained by contacting Donnie Howell at (801) 390-5785.
