3) Public Hearing-Consideration of a General Plan Update-Water Use & Preservation Element (Chapter 11)
4) Discussion Item-Lofts at North Lake (130 East Center St.) requested feedback regarding possible future application
5) Report on City Council actions on items recommended by Planning Commission
6) Approval of minutes:
