Notice is hereby given that on May 2, 2023, the South Ogden City Council adopted Ordinance 23-09. This ordinance voided Ordinance 23-08 and re-adopted amendments to South Ogden City Code 4-2-2-2 and 7-1-1, clarifying the responsibility of adjoining property owners to maintain alleys in the City.
