Notice is hereby given that on April 18, 2023, the South Ogden City Council adopted Ordinance 23-08. This ordinance amended South Ogden City Code 4-2-2-2 and 7-1-1, clarifying the responsibility of adjoining property owners to maintain alleys in the City.
