- Notice is hereby given that on March 21, 2023, the South Ogden City Council adopted Ordinance 23-06. This ordinance approved a development agreement with McConkie Multifamily Construction for a multi-family development located at 5083 Harrison Boulevard, South Ogden UT, 84403.
