- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on March 14, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-03-07 which approved the Shelley-Aston Annexation, consisting of 1.07 acres at approximately 830 East 30 North. The annexation was effective on April 11, 2023, and recorded at the office of the county recorder or April 20, 2023. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 3rd day of May 2022.
