- The Roy Water Conservancy District intends to increase the annual water user fee for those properties served by the District due to changes made by the Utah State Legislature. It is now required that all secondary water suppliers establish a meter installation reserve fund for metering installation and replacement projects. A typical increase for users with average-size lots will be 10%. A Public Hearing will be held at the Office of the District: Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. 5440 Freeway Park Drive Riverdale, Utah 84405 The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear comments regarding the proposed increase in fees and to explain the reasons for the proposed increase. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should call the District office at (801) 825-9744, giving at least three (3) working days notice.
