2023-2027 CDBG CONSOLIDATED AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearing scheduled to be heard by the Layton City Council on Thursday, May 18, 2023 has been CANCELED and RESCHEDULED for Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
Layton City has developed a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for the 2023-2027 Program Years. The Plan describes City Housing and Community Development needs of low income persons, and outlines the projects that will be undertaken during the Program Year to address these needs. Needs include program administration, public service organization assistance, affordable housing initiatives, historic downtown rehabilitation and infrastructure improvements.
The City Council will hold a Public Hearing to review the Plan on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., during the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting, in the Council Chambers of the City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah.
Written comments may be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Department up to the time of the Public Hearing.
