- NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of May 2, 2023, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: 1) Ordinance 23-13 (5-2-23) Updates to Pressurized Irrigation and Drinking Water Fees. 2) Ordinance 23-14 (5-2-23) Updating the Sewer Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Sewer Impact Fee analysis, and sewer impact fee. 3) Ordinance 23-15 (5-2-23) Approving a Village Plan amendment for The Crossing Phase 3A Village Plan amendment 2. 4) Ordinance 23-16 (5-2-23) Adopting a revised IADU map in Chapter 19.20 of the Saratoga Springs City Code. 5) Ordinance 23-17 (5-2-23) Adopting amendments to Title 19 of the Saratoga Springs City Code. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during City business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs Administration Bldg. Notice Board.
