CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA May 3, 2023 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Minutes: Approve February 1, 2023 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda Action Agenda: 1. Brandon Behling would like to put a metal car port on his property. 2. Nick and Shianne Larsen want to put a patio covering on the south side of their house. 3. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on June 7, 2023 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
