Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION Howell Town will be holding a municipal election on November 7, 2023, for two 4-year town council positions. This election will be a mail only election. A candidate must be: 1. A registered voter in the town. 2. A U S Citizen. 3. At least 18 years old at the time of the next election. 4. A legal resident of Howell Town for 12 consecutive months prior to the election. 5. Has not been convicted of a felony. Interested parties may declare their candidacy for an office in person June 1st, 2nd, and June 4th through June 7th. The Howell Town office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Monday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. On Wednesday June 7th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Contact the Howell Town Clerk, H.
