PARADISE TOWN ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Paradise Town will hold a Municipal Election this fall to elect two (2) candidates to serve four-year terms on the Paradise Town Council; Persons Desiring to be candidates for the 2023 Paradise Town Municipal Election must file a declaration of candidacy form between June 1, 2023, and June 7, 2023. This can be filed at the Town Office, 9035 South 100 West, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to noon, or by appointment between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by calling Alyssa at 435-512-1940. Declarations of Candidacy can be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. June 7, 2023. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1. Be a United States citizen, 2. Be at least 18 years old, 3. Be a full-time resident of Paradise Town for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election; and 4. Be a registered voter of Paradise Town. The primary election, if necessary, will be held August 15, 2023 and the municipal election will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Posting Date: April 27, 2023 Alyssa Petersen, Paradise Town Clerk
