2023 Hinckley Town Municipal Election Notice Notice is hereby given that Hinckley Town will hold a Municipal Election this fall to elect the following to the Governing Body: Three (3) candidates to serve two-year terms on the Hinckley Town Council. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1. Be a United States citizen; 2. Be a registered voter of the Town; 3. Be a resident of Hinckley Town for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election; and 4. Not be a convicted felon, unless their right to hold elective office has been restored. Persons desiring to be candidates for the 2023 Hinckley Town Municipal Election must file a declaration of candidacy form or nomination petition between June 1, 2023, and June 7, 2023, at the Hinckley Town Office, 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, Utah weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The primary election, if necessary, will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and the municipal election will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023. For election notices, sample ballots, polling location updates, etc. you can visit hinckleytown.org and vote.utah.gov.
