2023 Hinckley Town Municipal Election Notice
Notice is hereby given that Hinckley Town will hold a Municipal Election this fall to elect the following to the Governing Body:
Three (3) candidates to serve two-year terms on the Hinckley Town Council.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Be a United States citizen;
2. Be a registered voter of the Town;
3. Be a resident of Hinckley Town for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election; and
4. Not be a convicted felon, unless their right to hold elective office has been restored.
Persons desiring to be candidates for the 2023 Hinckley Town Municipal Election must file a declaration of candidacy form or nomination petition between June 1, 2023, and June 7, 2023, at the Hinckley Town Office, 161 E 300 N, Hinckley, Utah weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
The primary election, if necessary, will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and the municipal election will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
