The Town Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint meeting to hear a report from Thomas Eddington with Integrated Planning and Design. Discussion will be heard on the topic of Inclusionary Zoning. Direction may be given to staff for preparing an ordinance amending the Land Management Code. E. ADJOURNMENT
