- SALEM CITY 2023 UNIFORMED AND OVERSEAS CITIZENS ABSENTEE VOTING ACT NOTICE In accordance with UCA § 20A-16-502, notice is hereby given that the following positions are to be voted upon in the Eagle Mountain City 2023 Municipal Election: Councilmember 4-year term Councilmember 4-year term Councilmember 4-year term The candidate filing period begins June 1, 2023 and ends at 5:00 PM on June 7, 2023 (UCA § 20A-9-203). Primary Election to be held August 15, 2023 (if necessary). General Election to be held November 7, 2023.
